whenever john gets worried about sherlock and makes him eat sherlock eats too fast because he doesnt want john to be worried and he gets hiccups and they are those soft and cute ones where his shoulders move and john cant stop giggling and neither can sherlock and he tries to kiss him but sherlock just hiccups at him so johns just got his arms wrapped around sherlock while he hiccups until he can kiss him
