A concept: At a good-will meeting, Tony is snubbed by being shorted a chair. He takes it in stride and keeps standing, pretending it doesn’t bother him (because he knows it will bother their hosts if he does). Steve seriously considers offering Tony his lap, then decides against it, instead beginning to stand to offer his seat to him (and also give their host his best Disappointed Frown).

Natasha beats him to it by silently patting her lap with her hands, and Tony immediately drops into her lap. Their host looks distinctly uncomfortable.

(This could possibly be because Steve is now glaring daggers at the smugly smirking Natasha while Tony remains oblivious to his seething jealousy.)
