After looking back at it, I think it’s a kids version of the poem altered by the editor. The book was edited and copyrighted in 1959 and my book is also a 1978 printing. (Only 2 bucks at a resale store!!!) So the most accurate thing to it would be Edgar A. Guest’s See It Through poem. However I do want you to see what I have, so I’ll come off anon and tag you.

Sadie:

Ohhhhhhh, okay! See, that’s the one that kept popping up in the searches because it had the phrase “Stick with it”, lol.

Oh Miss Sadie! If you have the time, please google “Keep a Stiff Upper Lip” by Phoebe Cary. It’s a poem, and I think it’s one Mycroft would recite to Sherlock when they were kids, and perhaps when he’s in little space as well but when he’s in a bit older of a headspace. (7-9) It’s absolutely precious. Do you enjoy poetry much?

Sadie:

It’s been a minute since I’ve read any poetry, anon, but I have to say these are both very fitting and I can see Mycroft reciting bits of them when he’s feeling sentimental. 🙂

“Keep a Stiff Upper Lip”

And I tried to find a link to the second poem you mentioned, but couldn’t find it. Did it go by another title, perhaps?

socially-ineptnerd:

Does anyone know how to fix a laptop keyboard with a capslock button that keeps turning on and off intermittently? It’s urgent

Sadie:

The last time my keyboard had that issue, it was because there was something stuck under the key. Check for lint or dirt, possibly?
